I have been training clients who get great results for over 9 years. I am an ISSA certified personal trainer and train at Elite Fitness in Bainbridge, OH.

I train a wide variety of clients from Figure competitors to people who just want to get or stay in shape. The most important thing is that my clients see results. I push you hard and I expect a lot, but I have raving clients who keep coming back for more.

12 Week Challenge:

Do you look like you want to look? Tired of all the TV ads and gimmicks to look good and lose weight and get in shape with no effort? Take it from me. I had a body that I wasn't proud of. I tried many things to change that and I wasted a lot of money and time and it just made me feel worse. In my quest to look and be at my best, I have learned from the best trainers and spent countless hours studying about what it takes to get into good physical shape the right way.

 I had a lot going against me. I was small. My legs were out of proportion to my body. I had a terrible diet that didn't help me and only perpetuated the problem. I would beat myself up physically to exhaustion and then not see any noticeable change.

I believe in this program so much that I want to make it available to a limited number of people who want more from their body and more from their life than the same old same old. To qualify for this program, you need to fill out the attached application and submit it to me. I will let you know if you qualify after a brief phone interview and my review of your application. What I am looking for is your commitment.

  •  2-3 training sessions weekly

  • Turning in a diet journal weekly

  • Weekly weighs in and monthly measurements

  • Before and After photos
